International Wheelchair Open provides International players with the chance to play in Australia as part of the AO series of tournaments – Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne.

One of the fastest growing wheelchair sports in the world, wheelchair tennis integrates very easily with the able-bodied game since it can be played on any regular tennis court, with no modifications to rackets and balls. The game of wheelchair tennis is played at every grand slam tournament in the world – AO, Wimbledon, French & US Open and is endorsed by the International Tennis Federation. The tournament allows players the chance to earn a share of prize money (USD$15,000) and ranking points.

Please note that no further entries are being accepted for this tournament as maximum capacity has been reached.
